Biography

Dr. Reagan McGee is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Department of Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas. She is a faculty supervisor for the Edna A. Hill Child Development Center on campus, which provides behavior analytic early childhood education services to both typically developing children and children with diverse abilities, developmental disabilities, language and cultural differences, and who are at-risk for behavioral problems as well as comprehensive applied behavior analysis services to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

She received a BS in psychology from Angelo State University, and she received an MS and a PhD in experimental psychology from Texas Christian University where she specialized in behavior analysis. She is a licensed and board certified behavior analyst, and she has 8 years of experience working with children with various intellectual and developmental disabilities including several years spent as a clinical director followed by a chief clinical officer in private applied behavior analysis clinics. She specializes in increasing communication skills and decreasing severe maladaptive behavior with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is passionate about providing compassionate care to all children and training other behavior analysts to do the same.
